Most people know of Jin Ming
because she played "Xiao Yu Dian" more than 10
years ago in the TV series "Shue Ke".
Jin Ming was born on 19
November 1980 in Beijing, China. She is the only child
in the family and at the age of 2, she received her early
education. When she was 2 years and 7 months old, her mother
enrolled her for gymnastic class. When she turned 5,
she took up the violin lessons.
Precociously talented, she
was discovered at age eight and made her first TV series
debut, "Wan Jun". Leaping to stardom in 1989
for her "Xiao Yu Dian" role in "Shue Ke",
Jin Ming continued doing acting in more
TV series through a sugar-coated career. She shone
brightly in all her series and some of the TV series theme
songs was especially tailored for her.
In 1992, Jin Ming played the
role of "Xiao Cao", an adaptation from Qiong Yao's
novel "Green Green Grass By The River" as her last
big successful TV series as child actress. Time
started to catch up to Jin Ming, who began to age before the
public's eyes.
Jin Ming had truly grown
up into a young lady and never did any acting from 1995 to
1999. She demonstrated that she is intelligent
and more charming than most, she made an excellent
student. She performed so well in her studies and was
chosen from among few thousand judicious youngsters to
further her study in one of China's top University.
In 1999, Jin Ming returns to
the screen with a short appearance in "Red Dust".
Jin Ming is not just a little girl with cute looks but a
role mode for future.
